The Delightful jumper is a warm and squishy crochet jumper made with woolen tweed yarn. It works up quicker than expected! This is due to the fact that I used worsted weight yarn of course, but the other secret ingredient for that is an ingenious crochet stitch, the double crochet two together stitch. This jumper is ideal to wear on cold winter days!
Crochet jumper
This crochet jumper feels great to wear. It’s such a cosy, warm, and super comfy jumper with a loose fit. Just the way I like it!
The pattern is written for 7 different sizes from XS to XXXL.

You’ll start with making a front- and back panel from the bottom up and then sew them together. After that you’ll add the ribbing.
Then you’ll make two sleeves. They’re worked in rows again from the bottom up. You sew them together over the length of the sleeve. After finishing them you’ll add the cuffs and then you’ll attach them to the body..
The pattern is suitable for the adventurous beginner. I’ve made a photo tutorial to make it easier. One tip: watch your gauge! Some crocheters tend to crochet looser after a while.
Colours
I used three different colours for the jumper. Chai Latte, a neutral colour with black and mustard specks, Amber Glow, a warm rusty colour with white and black specks and Wisteria Bloom, a light purple colour with specks in cream, black and brown.
I really wanted the cuffs and the ribbing to stand out and I wanted stripes and/or colourblocks on the body of the jumper. You can follow my colour scheme, but you could easily make the jumper in one colour.

Hobbii Tweed delight
