Crochet slipover
A crochet slipover is the new must-have in crochet fashion land. Everybody’s making one!
The Bud Spencer slipover (or spencer as we call it in Dutch, hence the name) is perfect over a t-shirt, blouse or under a cardigan. In summer you can even wear it alone. It gives your outfit just that little bit extra. Extra colour, extra warmth, extra style.

Amore cotton 170
I used Borgo de’pazzi Amore 170 and it is the perfect yarn for this slipover. It’s all season because of its composition: 75% cotton and 25% polyester. Light in summer, but a bit of warmth in winter.
What I love most about it is that it consists of only recycled materials. And of course the colours, the colours!!
It’s an aran weight yarn, but I used a 5.5mm crochet hook to give the top more drape.
In the Netherlands this yarn is imported by Fair yarns.
